I am the trade commander of the alliance GCA and are writing on my alliance's behalf to propose a trade agreement between our two alliances. This means that if you have any offers of a trade you can PM me and I will inform the rest of my alliance. Also, if our alliance has any possible trades then I will PM you to tell you alliance. Our alliance trades at a trade rate of 3: 2: 1 (metal: crystal: deuterium) but any offers will be accepted. This includes headhunters and paying people to spy on other planets for you.
